Retesting: Candidate Fails
In the event that a candidate fails his/her first attempt to pass the certification test, SUT does not require a waiting period.
Candidates unsuccessful on the certification exam are permitted to retest for an administration fee of $50.00
An individuals who wants to retest can send an email to SUT requesting a “Retest certification attempt.” retake@su-testing.com, once exam purchased, the candidates exam is scheduled. Retakes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Retesting: Candidate Passes
When a candidate passes any SUT's certification test, the candidate is prohibited from retaking the same certification test.
