OS Mission Critical Planning (Hands On)
Getting MCITP certified from SU shows you have learned the skills and are Qualified.
During our 5-day Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician Training Class, students will live, learn, and take the Microsoft exams on site. This blended-learning course employs outcome-based (Lecture | Lab | Qualified!) delivery that focuses on preparing you with real-world hands-on skills required to pass the MCITP certification exams, and to hit the ground running when you get back from class.
The MCITP: Windows 7, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician certification validates your ability to support and maintain systems and mobile devices that run Windows 7. During this highly interactive course, you will learn technical tasks such as installing and migrating to the Windows 7 operating system and identifying the cause and resolution of desktop application, network, and security issues. You will learn how to configure pre-installation and post-installation system settings, Windows security features, network connectivity applications included with Windows 7, and mobile computing; and how to identify the cause of, and resolve, desktop application, networking and security issues. You will also gain a basic understanding of Windows PowerShell syntax; all in preparation for the exams.
This program also covers the MCTS: Windows 7 Configuration, which will certify your ability to understand the functions and features of Windows 7 and to troubleshoot network connectivity and application issues.
With education from a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, you gain hands-on experience, in-depth knowledge with Microsoft's most current products, and industry-recognized validation.
